Three steps, arranged around a rota that never stops. Your tailor works on the property, between shifts, so the front desk is never left uncovered.
Your tailor comes to the property and fits your team between shifts, front of house and back. Cloth, cut and any house detailing are agreed once with you, then fourteen measurements are taken per person.
At your property - UK-wideEach pattern is cut and the uniform built by hand, in cloth chosen to hold its press through a fourteen-hour shift and survive frequent cleaning. Multi-property groups are staged so no site is short-staffed during a rollout.
Around 6-8 weeksYour tailor returns with the finished uniforms and checks each against movement, reach and long hours standing. Adjustments are made within days, and new starters are fitted to the specification already on record.

We schedule fittings around your rota, working in shift changeovers or quiet periods, and can measure in small groups so no department is ever short-staffed on the floor.
Yes. House-colour linings, property monogramming, embroidered badges and bespoke button choices are all available, so the uniform carries your identity rather than a generic supplier's.
We keep every pattern on file. New starters can be measured and outfitted to the same specification at any point, so your standard holds as the team changes.
Typically six to eight weeks from first fitting to delivery, depending on the size of the team. Phased delivery by department can be arranged where a property needs to roll out gradually.
