Fabric selection is critical in aviation. We source breathable, wrinkle-resistant cloths that hold their appearance through pressurised cabins, long shifts and frequent laundering. The result is a sharp, consistent presentation at every point of contact with passengers.
We visit your base, measure every team member individually, and work with your uniform management team so that role-specific requirements - from epaulette placement to functional pockets - are built in from the outset.
Three steps, built around a crew roster rather than an office diary. Your tailor works at your base, between rotations, so nobody loses a standby day to a fitting.
Your tailor comes to your base and works through the roster, fitting crew between rotations and standby. Cloth, cut and insignia placement are agreed once as a house specification, then fourteen measurements are taken per person.
At your base - UK-wideEach pattern is cut and the uniform built by hand, with epaulette positioning, reinforced stress points and movement allowance checked at every stage. Larger fleets are delivered by department so no route is ever short-crewed.
Around 6-8 weeksYour tailor returns to base with the finished uniforms and checks each one against reach, movement and a full shift on the feet. Adjustments are made within days, and later joiners are fitted to the same specification.
